Payment can be made via payment links of the most common banks in Estonia, the most common bank cards or a suitable installment plan. The payment link service provider is Modena Eesti AS. The card payment processor is Stripe inc. After completing the purchase, an order confirmation and an invoice will be sent to the customer's email. When paying with a bank link, the customer will be immediately redirected to the secure environment of the respective bank or, when paying with a credit card, to the secure environment of Stripe.com. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details.
With Montonio, you can receive an installment offer from several lenders with one application and choose the most suitable one for you. To apply for installment payment, select installment payment, fill out a credit application and, if desired, sign an agreement with the selected lender. You can choose between installment payments offered by Liisi Järelmaksu, TF Bank AB Estonian branch, Svea Finance AS and IPF Digital AS.

Warranty
In case of warranty, please contact customer service. After explaining the reason for the warranty, the customer service representative will instruct you which parcel machine to send the warranty item to. Depending on the reason for the warranty:
1) We will send you a new part from stock immediately.
2) After inspection, we will replace and send a new part from stock.
Procedure for reporting and reviewing a warranty claim
In the event of a warranty issue, please report the issue within 3 (three) business days of the product defect occurring by sending a description of the issue to info@zlimline.com.
In the letter, please provide the date of purchase of the item and a detailed description of the defect or problem, as well as photos or a video. We will review your concern and provide a response as soon as possible, but no later than within 2 weeks.
We have the right to request additional information and demonstration of the product from the customer, for which it must be delivered to a Zlimline representative office. Zlimline does not cover the transportation costs of delivering the product. If the defects of the product cannot be eliminated by repair, Zlimline may, at its discretion and taking into account the duration of use and wear of the product, replace it with an identical or similar product or partially refund the money paid for the purchase of the product. A new warranty is not provided for a product replaced under the warranty, but this warranty remains valid. In the event of repair of the product, the warranty period is not extended by the duration of the repair. If the Product is replaced or the money paid for the purchase of the product is partially refunded, the customer must deliver the damaged product to Zlimline. Zlimline does not reimburse the transportation costs of delivering the product. The method of fulfilling the warranty obligation is determined by Zlimline, taking into account the warranty period, the period that has passed since the purchase of the product and the degree of wear of the product.
RIGHT OF RETURN
The return procedure prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia provides that www.zlimline.com For goods purchased from the online store, a 14-day right of return applies from the date of receipt of the goods. The request for return must be notified to customer service no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. Only unused and undamaged goods that are in the original packaging are eligible for return. The customer bears the return costs, except in the case of defective or incorrectly shipped goods. The money will be refunded no later than 14 days after the goods arrive or the seller is notified of the withdrawal request. The 14-day right of return does not apply to used devices.
