The destruction of the fat cell membrane is carried out using low-frequency ultrasound. Under the influence of ultrasound, the sound wave power of which is 25-70 kHz and the pressure is 0.6 kPa, a cavitation effect occurs in adipose tissue, i.e. the process of microbubbles formation. The most optimal frequency for burning adipose tissue is 38-41 kHz. At this frequency, the maximum number of bubbles of optimal size is formed. As they increase in size, they dilute the fat and displace it from the adipocytes. Bubbles also burst in the adipose tissue, which is accompanied by the release of a large amount of energy of the order of up to 100 kJ/cm². During cavitation, the membranes of cells filled with fat are primarily damaged by the high intracellular pressure. After cavitation, it is crucial to perform a vacuum massage, as a result of which 90% is excreted from the decomposition products of fat cells through the lymphatic system, the remaining 10% is absorbed into the bloodstream.
